service for patients who suffered injuries and require a medico legal
report.
Patients, their Solicitors and insurers want Medico Legal Examinations and Reports turned around fast for the following reasons:
- The patient wants to recover their damages particularly where they may have lost earnings as a result of an accident.
- The Solicitors are not able to recover any of their costs until the case has been completed.
- If
the patient has used other services such as credit repair to repair his
vehicle or credit hire to obtain a vehicle whilst his is off the road
he needs to act quickly to recover these costs. He can’t recover any of
them by way of issuing proceedings until his medical report is ready.
Use
of up to date IT systems including diary systems, digital dictation,
standardized report, internet supply of reports for checking will
assist you in the delivery of a quality service.
Key
information will automatically be stored on the database and made
available to solicitors and agencies to help them to pick the best
Medic to prepare a particular report.
