Pink on The Tyne's Zumba Party

After helping out the Breast Cancer Campaign at the Great North Run, the physiotherapists at North East Clinic are back to support the charity by helping out at the Pink on The Tyne's Zumba Party, which is being held on Sunday 15th January 2012 at the Village Hotel, Newcastle from 10am-1pm (9.30am registration).
Zumba is an all over workout getting each and every part of your body working!! From neck stretches and shoulder rolls that relax the upper body and warm up the muscles, to dance moves that stretch and strengthen the legs and bum; this is a fitness class that will get each and every muscle and joint in the body working! The event will be 3 hours of zumba fun to kick start the New Year and the physiotherapists from North East Clinic will be there to try and give you as much help and advice on the day to ensure you can keep going.
The cost is £10 per person registration fee (to include a goody bag). There will also be a raffle, tombola and cake stall. All proceeds go to charity. Advanced booking is necessary as places are limited.
