Intelligent
IT fixes allow solicitors to automatically instruct us by email on the
push of a button and to automatically book appointments via our booking
service.
An appointment will be sent out to you and a reminder sent closer to the date of your appointment.
Medics
are provided the time, resources and training to use new IT solutions
to prepare reports more quickly and efficiently after your examination.
Many
reports are prepared, checked and signed by the medic before he leaves
that day's surgery. Once prepared the report is emailed back to the
instructing solicitor so that they can immediately progress your claim.
Physiotherapy and rehabilitation are available to help you recover more quickly
Our team of physiotherapists work daily assessing and providing the best possible treatment to aid your recovery.
They use state of the art treatment equipment to help you to recover from the worst of your injury symptoms.

The
Clinic has 12 Executive consulting rooms and 4 physiotherapy clinic rooms all
equipped with the latest technology and medical equipment.
The clinic also provides a lecture theatre and meeting room facilities along with a refreshments lounge.
Fast & Efficient Service
Our
Medics are booked to attend the Clinic on a regular basis and are fully
familiar with our advanced IT, digital dictation and procedures. We
only allow medics to undertake examinations at the Clinic providing
they are prepared to provide a fast and efficient service in a friendly
way.
Email is our standard form of
communication allowing reports to be emailed back to your solicitor
immediately after the medic has completed it.
Solicitors
have use of our automated booking system which allows them to book an
appointment and provide immediate details by email. The majority of
medics dictate the reports after each examination or at the end of
their examination period. This avoids delay to the preparation of
medical reports (a common problem elsewhere).
