Here are our Service Standards:

• Rapid High Quality Medical Examination and Supply of Medico Legal Reports.  Examination occurs in a comfortable, high quality surrounding with friendly staff, which ensures positive comments from clients.
• Any medical chosen to undertake the examinations have been carefully vetted and reviewed to ensure that both their technique and reports are down to a quality standard.
• All medics have been trained to use digital dictation and are provided with sufficient time at the end of each examination for preparation of a medical report.  This speeds up the turnaround time and reduces mistakes in the report.
• An experienced administration team of medical secretaries type up the reports with the medic still present, available to check them, whereupon they are signed with a physical copy going back to the solicitor and an email copy being sent to the solicitor immediately to value the claim.  This significantly reduces the turnaround time of reports and reduces chases from clients.
• Significant Cash Flow Benefits.  Some reports are turned around and back with a solicitor within 2 hours of examination.  Whilst this is not always possible, the average turnaround time reports by solicitors is in the region of 30% of the time it took from their previous supplier.  Cash flow significantly increased.
• Better Client Retention Rate and Better Relations.  Our customer feedback suggests that clients are most concerned to recover from their injuries quickly at the start of the claim.  The solicitors who makes an early referral and gains a client the treatment he needs makes processing the claim easier.
• Additional Fees.  Early physiotherapy costs are claimed from the third party insurer and increase the size of your fixed fee if the case settles without issuing.  If it settles after issue the additional time can be claimed in the usual way.
• Better Client Capture.  Solicitors using our service have reports that they have a much better client capture rate in offering national physiotherapy which can start immediately.  This is a soft sell for personal injury business.  You will often face between 2 or 3 solicitors or claims companies offering their service and will find that physiotherapy can often make the difference as to who is chosen.
• No Recovery Issues.  Medico legal reports are prepared at the MRO rate unless otherwise agreed.  Direct claiming from the relevant insurance company is undertaken but cases should not be settled without the medical report being paid unless we have notified you that it already has been received.
• Physiotherapy charges are fully recoverable from the third party insurer.  The solicitors who send us considerable amounts of work at present have reported no difficulties in recovering the current charging rates.
  
• Marketing Benefits.  Benefits to the client of early intervention physiotherapy and rapid medic legal report turnaround time are significant.  This could be used in your marketing to increase business and win new contracts.
• National Coverage.  Our main clinic is based in Heaton, Newcastle upon Tyne but a national service can be provided with physiotherapists working to the same standards.
